Nutrition Coaching

Avia’s training method is motivational and energising. She focuses on posture, breathing, nutrition and a unique training method to suit your goals by listening and supporting you. She’s introduced me to a whole new way of training and continues to make each session fun but challenging. I really enjoy the mix of equipment we use from TRX, resistance bands, free-weights, kettlebells and  bodyweight to keep the sessions interesting. She’s happy to answer any questions I have and I really look forward to my sessions.
