Come and join me for an online home workout class. My focus will be strength training and the workouts will vary from weighted circuits, full body, lower body, upper body. Suitable for all and adapted to your level of training. I’m here to; motivate you, give you ideas to try at home, help your mobility and to look and feel better. The session lasts for an hour and I’ll be at hand to check your technique throughout the class. I promise you will sweat and enjoy the session!
