I’m Avia, I’m a mum to my daughter Dakota, a strength and nutrition coach with over 10 years experience in the health industry . I’m a Level 3 qualified personal trainer specialising in weight management and sports nutrition, pre and postnatal trained and I am also an indoor cycling instructor.
I’ve had a passion for fitness since I was 16 year’s old and worked at a gym during my first two years of university. I played sports growing up and built up my knowledge for fitness and nutrition over the years. I have trained myself in many different ways and have also failed on many occasions. Finding the right approach for me and a mindset of addressing my deep health which includes looking at these six areas relationships, physical, existential, emotional, mental and environmental factors has given me the balance which I’ve been craving.
My method is a combination weighted resistance training, cardiovascular and as I’ve mentioned looking at your deep health for a long term healthy and balanced lifestyle. I do not believe that there is one plan that fits everyone and will make sure your plan is tailored to you. My nutrition approach is based on scientific research of peer reviewed content as well as my knowledge in order to support various clients.
