I’m a Level 3 qualified personal trainer specialising in weight management and sports nutrition, pre and postnatal trained and I am also an indoor cycling instructor. Offering one to one, group, pre and postnatal programmes in person from a private studio in Epsom, Surrey or online from the comfort of your own home or office.
